Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, or choose cash on delivery at checkout.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on most pin codes across India. Please keep the exact amount ready when the parcel arrives.
How do I use the FLIP10 coupon?
Add your items to the bag, go to checkout and enter FLIP10 in the coupon box to get 10% off your first order. One coupon can be used per order.
Can I cancel my order?
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed. COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch, just message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We do not give refunds, so please check your order before paying.
Delivery
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver to most pin codes in India through courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will tell you before dispatch.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. See our shipping policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days in Haryana and nearby states, and 4 to 7 working days for the rest of India.
How do I track my order?
We send the tracking link on WhatsApp or SMS once your order ships. You can also check it in My account → Orders.
Can I pick up my order from the store in Hisar?
Yes. Place your order, message us on WhatsApp, and pick it up from our store the same day. Store details are on our contact page.
Sizes, exchange and returns
How do I choose the right size?
Use our size guide for shoes, shirts, jeans and lowers. Still unsure? Send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will suggest a size.
Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or wrong size, so please check the size guide before ordering. We are happy to help you pick the right size on WhatsApp first.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Record an unboxing video when you open the parcel and message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the video. We will check it and send you a replacement. Details are in our refund and cancellation policy.
Do the product photos show the real product?
Yes, we photograph the products we sell. Colours can look slightly different depending on your phone or screen settings.
